The Jaquard Loom in 1801. Punched cards actually date back to around 1725 when they replaced the perforated paper rolls that were in use at the time, but the machines still required human intervention. It was Joseph Marie Jaquard who improved the technique to create what is arguably the first fully-automated, re-programmable machine; insofar as once it was programmed, the machine could complete the job of its own accord.
It used holes punched in pasteboard, each row of which corresponds to one row of the design. Multiple rows of holes are punched on each card and the many cards that compose the design of the textile are strung together in order.
Not much, he did invent the punched card controlled automatic loom. However Herman Holerith stated that his inspiration for using punched cards for recording and processing census data was watching the various patterns of punches train conductors made in tickets to identify passenger sex, age group, location boarded, etc.
The cast of Halt die Luft an alter Gauner - Der Stockfisch und das Stinktier - 1976 includes: Margit Kocsis as Brigitte Robert Owens as Bobo Fernando Rubio as Karratorsky Fernando Sancho as Admiral Pedro Santos Heidi Schaffrath as Luisa Friedrich Suppan as Maquette Sigrid von Richthofen as Madame Jaquard Claus Wilcke as Alan Thompson
The automatic loom developed by Joseph Marie Jacquard in the early 19th century was significant because it revolutionized the textile industry by introducing a method of automated weaving. This innovation utilized punched cards to control the weaving process, allowing for intricate patterns to be produced with minimal human intervention. The Jacquard loom not only increased efficiency and production speed but also laid the groundwork for future developments in computer technology and programming, as it demonstrated how coded instructions could be used to control machinery.

Dual system 1 and 0 It can also depend what you mean by computer, and how deep you want to go. You can make a "Computer" with wood and strings, as proven by the Jaquard Loom. Hardware is key, no matter how basic. So, in theory (i guess) the Basic Language would be how the computer...works! If you want to go to the very basics.
