God, Adam Eve and satan
The snake in the garden that god specifically told Adam and Eve to stay out of. The snake resembles satin.
Both ate the fruit from the tree of the knowledge of good and evil: a serpent tempted Eve who ate it first and then offered the forbidden fruit to Adam. But the bible never identifies that fruit as being an apple...
God, i think, was unaware that the snake tricked Adam and eve to eat the fruit.
In the creation story found in Genesis, a serpent tempted Eve to eat the forbidden fruit. The serpent was then condemned by God to slither on the ground. It was never specifically stated that the serpent was Satan, although most assume that was the case.
Our Lord Came into the world to Die for all our sins. After the Serpent tempted Eve & Adam to eat of the Forbidden Fruit, we all inherited their sinful nature.

Satan is called the infernal serpent because Infernal mean a deity or spirit relate to or with characteristics of hell,Or a nuisance. So that about answers it because the serpent part is meaning like a snake for example he is irritable and tiresome meaning he's a nuisance.(IMPROVEMENT)-the part i said about the infernal was right but he was called a serpent because he was first depicted as a snake or a dragon.
Every creature created was there including ones that are extinct today like the dinosaurs! Back then, there was no sin or death until one day Adam and his wife Eve were tempted by Satan that portrayed himself as a serpent and they both took a bite of the forbidden fruit....The rest is history!
