Thomas Seay (born November 20, 1846 in Greene County, Alabama; died March 30, 1896 in Greensboro, Alabama) succeeded Edward A. O'Neal as the twenty-seventh Governor of Alabama, serving between December 1, 1886 and December 1, 1890, including the whole of 1887.
