David Hall (born Janaury 4, 1752 in Lewes, Delaware; died September 18, 1817 in Lewes, Delaware) succeeded James Sykes as the fifteenth Governor of Delaware, serving between January 19, 1802 and January 15, 1805.

Following the end of Hall's term as Governor of Delaware, Nathaniel Mitchell (born 1753 in Laurel, Delaware; died February 21, 1814 in Laurel, Delaware) became the sixteenth Governor of Delaware, serving between January 15, 1805 and January 19, 1808.
