Earl L. Brewer (born August 11, 1869 near Valden, Mississippi; died March 10, 1942 in Jackson, Mississippi) succeeded Edmond Noel as the thirty-eighth Governor of Mississippi, serving between January 16, 1912 and January 18, 1916, including the whole of 1913.
