Robert D. Carey (born August 12, 1878 in Cheyenne, Wyoming; died January 17, 1937 in Cheyenne, Wyoming) succeeded Frank L. Houx as the eleventh Governor of Wyoming, serving between January 6, 1919 and January 1, 1923, including the whole of 1921.
