The captain of riverdance was Mickeal Flatley. I am not sure who is now, because Micheal Flatley now has his own show Lord of The Dance. I've seen both and if you are looking to see one, I would see Riverdance. It is much less showy and more of the actual danicing. Me being a dancer myself am more interested in the actaul high quality dancing versus Lord of the Dance's showy, audience reliant performance.
