The Baby. Evolution tells us that new species evolve - so the first distinctly "human" person was born as a baby to a not-quite-human primate.
only if the baby was born in the us
The baby will have US citizenship.
No.
The baby would be both a US citizen as well as a citizen of whatever country they were born in.
yeah it is rally interesting
According to the Guinness World Records, the largest baby born in the US weighed 22 pounds at birth. This occurred in 1879, and unfortunately, the baby did not survive.
Are parnest were born first then us
No.
Yes he has to be born in us
Yes, since the mother is a citizen (no matter how she became a citizen), the baby is a citizen regardless of where it was born. However, there are additional rules if the baby does not end up living back in the the US or if the parents/grandparents have not lived in the US for a period of time. Check in with the local embassy.
