no it cant because there is only one loch ness monster in the loch ness lake in Scotland and it cant have a babies because it cant fertilise with the other loch ness monster ,there is only one survived in the world from the ice age or the dinosaur period.
I think theirs actually 3 loch ness monsters one in Scotland won in Minnesota and won in the Bermuda triangle. So there is a loch ness monster.
The so called Loch Ness monster has never been found despite several scientific explorations of Loch Ness. So, even if it exists, no one knows its size.
No one actually knows if they are real. So I can't really answer that question.

No one has a record of definitely seeing the Loch Ness Monster, whether on land or in the water. Many have made claim, and hoaxes have been perpetrated, but there remains no definite proof that the Loch Ness Monster even exists.
