There is no way to trace this to a specific animal, Swine Flu spreads rapidly among hogs and unless the animal happened to live separately from other pigs (and no one has come forward with that information), determining which one had it first would just not be possible, so I'm afraid we will never know who was first.

That investigation is still under way. However, I have it on very good authority that it was neither Babe nor Miss Piggy! Pooh has also corroborated Piglet's alibi.

P.S. Porky is still under house arrest and quarantine because the interrogators thought he seemed very nervous and frequently stuttered during questioning. The lovely Petunia Pig told reporters, "Porky is innocent! They have it all wrong. I will stand by my man until they spring him from this pig pen!"
