Hygrometer.
Who invented the first hygrometer?
The hygrometer was invented in the year 1670 by a man named Francesco Folli. Leonardo da Vinci was said to have built the first crude hygrometer in the 1400's.
In the 15th century Leanardo da Vinci built the very fist hygrometer. Francesco Folli invented a more practical hygrometer in 1664. In 1783 Horace Benedict de Sausser built the first hair hygrometer. John Frederic Daniell invented a dew-point hygrometer in 1820. Hair hygrometers weren't in regular use until the 1960s.

psychrometer or a hygrometer.
humidity
A hygrometer is important because it shows the humidity of the atmosphere. For a hygrometer to work though it has to placed outside.
The hydrometer was invented by Antoine Baume in 1768.
THE HYGROMETER IS A INSTRUMENT USED TO MEASURE HUMDITY.
To use a hygrometer, first ensure it is calibrated properly, if necessary. Place the hygrometer in the area where you want to measure humidity, allowing it to stabilize for a few minutes. Read the humidity level displayed on the hygrometer, and record the measurement if needed. For digital hygrometers, simply turn it on, while analog models may require you to check the needle or dial.
There is no difference, a psychrometer is a type of hygrometer.
