Artemis (Diana) was the Greek/Roman goddess of hunting, wildlife, and the moon. She was the twin of Apollo, and was born on Mount Cynthus in Delos. Her symbols include her golden bow and silver arrows, the moon, and animals.

She was also the virgin goddess and therefore the goddess of virginity
