Paul Revere is a man who rode through the street of Boston in 1775 to warn the citizens the British are coming.
Actually it was William Dawes
Actually it was "the british are coming" and one man, Paul Revere
Paul Revere made propaganda against the British after the Boston Massacre. He was a blacksmith and in his engraving, he made the British look like murderers that were shooting defenseless colonists. This made more colonists turn against the British. Paul Revere was also given the job to warn the colonies when the British were coming. He would ring the church bell twice if they were coming by water, and once if they were coming by land. He had to give this message to all of the colonies.
All prophets warned man against sin.
They were involved because Paul Revere had just warned the minutemen about the british coming then the british collided with the minutemen and one of the british officials asked the minutemen to leave and so they turned aroud and walked away but all of a sudden someone shot a pistol s(knowone knows which side shot it even to this day) At the end 9 minutemen were killed and 8 were injured when only one british man was wounded.
Paul Revere
Sybil Ludington rode 25 miles on her horse star to tell people that the British were burning down Danbury. she rode twice the length of paul reveere yet she is way more famous then him. Edited: Sybil rode 40 miles on her horse named Star. She was sixteen and Paul Revere was 40 and only rode 10 miles. Paul Revere is more famous than Sybil. Sybil Ludington was important to the Revolutionary War because she had warned a colony that the Regulars were coming (The British), she had asked her dad to do that instead of him asking her.
If you are referring to the man known as Paul Revere, then yes in fact he did finish his ride from Boston to Lexington. He was able to deliver the information of the whereabouts of the British army to John Hancock and Samuel Adams in Lexington, and additionally was able to spread the news to the American troops that "the regulars are coming out," meaning "the British were coming," along the way. Ironically, after he had delivered the news, Revere accompanied by Samuel Prescott and William Dawes, decided to take a ride to Concord and were detained by British troops in Lincoln near Concord.
Boston is a city- buildings, streets, bridges- all man made. Boston Cream Pie is a dessert- also man made.
Many people consider Paul Revere to have been a great man. Revere was a hero of the American Revolution. He is probably most well-known for having alerted the Colonial militia that British forces were approaching.
