There are over 2000 Egyptian gods known to us today by name. Most are just local deities. There is no specific least powerful god. However, logic says that the least powerful god may not be known to us by name, as he would have no cult, temple, or images.
It depended on the area you were from. The "strongest" gods in the ancient Egyptian pantheon included (but were not limited to) Ra, Amun, Atum, Osiris, Set, and Horus.
Most likely Geb who was the Egyptian god of the earth.
