According to the Holy Bible the second person on the planet Earth was Eve. In the biblical stories found in Genesis the first person created as Adam and the second was his wife Eve.
Eve. God supposedly created Adam and Lilith. Adam wasn't happy about Lilith, so rather than being an adult and talking to her, he told on her. God being a fair kind of guy should have said "Set the pace for every marriage to come; talk to her, sort it out and get over yourself". Instead it became the woman's fault and the men are made to look pathetic in being able to communicate - God gets rid of Lilith and creates Eve for Adam. It is said (although this whole Garden of Eden thing maybe untrue as there is no evidence) God ripped a rib from Adam and created Eve. I personally believe that's why a prominent feminist magazine is called 'Spare Rib' and the serpent/snake in this drug induced metaphor may have been Lilith
