Antinous never wants to kill Odysseus, because he never realizes Odysseus is still alive. He may have wanted to kill the beggar, whom is Odysseus in disguise, but is prevented from doing so by honour and Telemachus' threats. Odysseus as a beggar begs from Antinous and curses him when Antinous refuses impolitely. He does want to marry Penelope, Odysseus' wife.
Antinous, one of the suitors, was the one who spoke out against Odysseus to the other suitors and wanted to kill him. He was the ringleader among the wooers.

Odysseus did not kill Achilles. Paris killed Achilles.
Odysseus was trying to kill them all. Only by killing Odysseus could they save their own lives.
The Greek myths have no chronology. Odysseus did not kill the cyclops Polyphemus.
Charybdis would kill all of Odysseus' men because she would suck them up in her whirlpool but, she was never given that opportunity. As for the other monsters, the Cyclops planed on eating all of the men and saving Odysseus for last. The Sirens would have allured all of Odysseus' men to them and devoured them and Scylla would continue to grab for six more men until there were none left.
