The Bible has the term 'heaven' referring to 3 places: the sky above, space, and the 3rd Heaven or highest one where the Throne of God is (2 Corinthians 12:2).
You then are referring to Enoch and Elijah who were taken away (transported) to another place for safety via the 1st heaven or sky.
Only Jesus was worthy to ascend back into heaven (see John 3:13).

There is no record of this in the Bible. The only record of the third heaven is in this one verse: I knew a man in Christ above fourteen years ago, (whether in the body, I cannot tell ; or whether out of the body, I cannot tell : God knoweth ;) such an one caught up to the third heaven.
