Teri Hatcher played Lois from 1993 to 1997 in Lois & Clark: The New Adventures of Superman Dana Delany voiced Lois from 1996 to 2000 in Superman: The Animated Series. Those were the only two actresses to play Lois in the 90s
Yes he did. He was Superman/ Clark Kent in "Lois & Clark: The New Adventures of Superman". The series began in 1993 and it lasted for 4 seasons. He did a great job performing the Man of Steel with his co-star Teri Hatcher as Lois Lane.

John Shea played Lex Luthor in Season 1 of Lois and Clark: The New Adventures of Superman.
Henry Cavill is the most recent actor, as of 2016, to play Superman on the big screen. He donned the red cape in the Batman vs Superman [2016] & Justice League movies [2017 & 2019].It should be noted that on the small screen, Tyler Hoechlin, was cast to play Clark Kent/Superman in the Supergirl TV series in 2016 for Season Two
He was originally going to in the sequel to "Superman Returns" that Bryan Singer had hoped to have released by either 2009 or 2010- but that movie was scrapped after Warner Bros. decided to completely reboot the series and Routh has stated in interviews that his contract has now expired. A reboot is being planned for release in 2013 meaning every character is being replaced with a brand new cast.

Superman and Clark Kent.
Christopher Reeves had an accident while riding a horse. He fell off in a bad way (his foot got caught in a stirrup), and broke his neck. He was paralysed as a result but survived for many years. Eventually the health problems resulting from the spinal injury killed him. This was very tragic, since he was a great actor and by all reports, a really nice person too.
