The next Spider-Man movie is not going to be Spider-Man 4- that was totally scrapped after director Sam Raimi and actor Tobey Maguire both walked off the set. It is going to be a reboot starting from scratch which is currently set to come out in 2012. Andrew Garfield eventually became the new Spider-Man after Marc Webb was picked to be the new director.
