Who will win between jiraiya in Shippuden and Sasuke in Shippuden?

Sasuke would win because he knows orochimarus forbidden jutsu's. Plus sasuke has got the universal sharingan, a demon now that madara gave him, and he know has all of itachi's eye techniques. and here is another reason jiraiya was killed by pein and sasuke is stronger than pein in shippuden.

Sasuke would get man handled by Jiraiya's Hermit Mode. Sasuke is strong and will only get better but he is not on that level yet. Nobody can defeat Pein without knowing his secret Sasuke is no different he would be killed rather fast. It was said in the manga itself nobody can defeat Pein without knowing his power. That's why Jiraiya was the only person with the chance of beating Pein. Not because of his power but because he had the best chance of figuring out his secret. So in closing I doubt that Sasuke even with CS2 could match Jiraiya's Hermit Mode. And I think it's pretty obvious nobody can beat Pein without knowing his secret and Jiraiya sent that secret out but without the secret Sasuke and just about everybody else would surely be killed. ----Cam11----

sasuke does not have a demon, he has no tailed beast the creature was simply a representation of Sasuke's darkness and hatred, moron. sasuke stronger than pein (falls over laughing) my god your stupid, how do you function. pein defeated Jiraiya, kakashi, tsunade, Hanzou and Danzo plus an army of shinobi, the entire village of konoha, the two frog sages ma and pa, gamabunta, Kin, and another boss summons and defeated sage mode naruto and forced him to release 8 tails just to win. His rinnegan gives him control of all types of elemental chakra, allows him to master any technique, summon as many boss summons as he wishes, control gedo maze, bring back the dead, gives his six paths of pein shared vision with no blind spot and enough strength to rip off sage mode jiraiya's arm.

I don't know where Pain came into play in this answer, but Jiraiya has years of experience over Sasuke. His Sage Mode is strong, but Naruto's is stronger to a point. Naruto used Shadow Clones to replenish his Sage Chakra in his fight with Pain as opposed to Jiraiya's who stayed in Sage Mode for almost the entire fight. If not for Jiraiya's info on the 5 other Pains Naruto and the Village would have had no idea what they were up against. Sasuke on other hand could never beat Pain, since he would have to fight all 6 paths. Sasuke is strong but fighting Jiraiya would be on a whole other level. Kisame said if anyone could beat Jiraiya Itachi could, and Itachi held back the entire fight with Sasuke. Sasuke is very strong, but his normal tactics would not be sufficient. Including Jiraiya's toad summonings, Sasuke would probably fall to him.
