A moose would rip a bear to shreds with its hooves before a bear would be able to sink its teeth into it. Those front hooves are nasty weapons, and a cow moose would cause a lot of damage to a bear when she's trying to protect her calves. A bull moose on the rut is even worse, because not only is his testosterone sky-high, but he's got extra weaponry via his antlers to aid him in his assault on a pesky black bear. My money's on the moose because most people fail to give them credit for being quite the adversaries, even for a bear.
Possibly, but the moose would have to be either very young and weak, not protected by their mothers, or old, injured and weak to put up much of a fight. Moose calves are more susceptible to getting killed by black bears than adults are.
A grizzly bear would only eat a dead moose because it does not like to hunt an animal that is quite large and can fight back. Grizzly bears and black bears prefer to kill and eat weak moose, moose calf, or an injured moose. A grizzly bear can sometimes kill a moose if it was very angry and strong.
Depends on the species of the bear. Moose are stronger than black bears, but not grizzlies, brown bears nor polar bears.
Yes. Black bears will kill and eat moose calves if they catch one that is unguarded. Black bears will also eat moose carcasses that wolves had killed. Sometimes a black bear may be able to kill an adult moose, though it most likely would be one that is sick, wounded or too weak to put up much of a fight.
The black bear would win this fight. A black bear has more muscles and a bad aggression with sharper claws and teeth.
One attacking grizzly bear is enough to kill a moose, but those large set of antlers are good at killing a bear. The moose would do whatever to fight off the grizzly bear with antlers, hooves, and muscles on the head to fight. But since grizzly bears are so large and have deadly claws, the moose would suffer fatal injuries on its head and the antlers as well. A powerful swipe of a grizzly bear's paw can break a moose's antler or even a bull. the grizzly bear's huge jaws with sharp enough teeth can kill a moose easily.
Probably the black bear.
The bull has sharp horns, faster speed, strong hooves, and a powerful body that can knock down the black bear. One charge from the bull will beat the black bear if the black bear does not bite the bull's face.
Depends on the five dogs!
Black Bear, Wolf, Grizzly Bear, Mountain Lion, Moose, Wolverine, Humans.
The black bear would win.
No. The black bear would see the deer as an easy prey for it to kill.
