At the end of the seventh book, just before the 'Nineteen Years Later' bit, Voldemort aims the Killing curse at Harry and thinks he has killed him but he hasn't. Harry kills Voldemort later on in the last chapter in the Entrance Hall of Hogwarts.
Would there be a reason for book seven if he had died in six? ;)
Harry Potter of course.

No, Harry Potter wins.
Harry
He wins the Triwizard Tournament.
Harry potter! Alwaysworldwide its only makes sense that Harry Potter is much more famous than Elvis... if u look at how many harry potter movies and books in the series have been sold and how many Elvis Presley records have been sold. Harry Potter wins.
Gryffindor.

Well Andy Murray is a real person and Harry Potter is fictional. Thus I think for now Andy is more famous but as the Harry Potter books will be read down the ages, it will be Harry that wins this contest.
SPOILER ALERT!! No it doesn't get destroyed Harry wins and there is a happy ending!
In the 7th movie Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows Lord Voldemort's curse rebels upon himself once again and kill him, so Harry Potter wins and marries Ginny Weasly and they have three children. Albus Potter, Lily Potter, James Potter. It would seem Harry got to name all the kids.
