Well, that more of an opinionated question, but here is my opinion.
Obama, was honest and factual yet respectful and mannered while Romney was quite aggressive and inconsistent and basically had similar goals to Obama just to gain press.
( I am obviously biased, I'm on Obama's side. GO DEMOCRATS!!)

It depends on which debate, since there were three of them. Most critics believe Mr. Romney won the first debate (although people who listened on radio seemed to feel it was a draw, as opposed to TV watchers, who thought Romney made a better impression); the polls and the majority of critics believe that President Obama won the second debate; and the third seems to be the most partisan-- Republicans believe Romney won, while Democrats believe the president did.

On November 6, 2012, Barack Obama defeated Mitt Romney, and was re-elected to the presidency. Thus, Barack Obama remains the president.
In the first presidential debate, nearly everyone agreed that Mitt Romney clearly stood out, while President Obama seemed aloof and not very persuasive. But in the second debate, things turned around and most sources agreed that Mr. Obama was the winner. The third debate was considered a draw by many journalists, although of course Democrats said Mr. Obama won and Republicans said the winner was Mr. Romney.
Barack Obama won the last debate
Obama is a Democrat, and Romney is a Republican.
Mitt Romney's father was George Romney, the former governor of Michigan. Barack Obama's father was not in politics and did not come from Michigan.
Barack Obama was victorious in the election of 2012: he had 332 electoral votes, while his challenger Mr. Romney had 206.
