Russia is a republic, so it has a president, not a king. It did have a Tsar, similar to a King, up to 1917.

Russia doesn't have a king. Since the October Revolution back in the early 1900s when the monarchy was abolished Russia is currently a Federal Semi-Presidential constitutioinal republic with Vladimir Putin as its President.
