Who would win Batman or Spawn?

Spawn would kick Batman's butt. True, even though Spawn has had some embarrassing events like the movie, the same has happened with Batman, and Frank Miller DID NOT HELP when the two characters crossed paths and he censored Batman getting beaten up by Spawn and having Batman throw a Batarang at his face for being an amature and a stupid brute, that was uncalled for. I prefer Batman to Spawn, but Batman has not always won every fight.
