Dr Doom would be prepared with some sort of gamma ray extractor and all sorts of other crazy extinction level technology. - I believe that since The Thing was able to defeat Dr. Doom, that an ensuing battle with any of Hulk's forms would result in a loss.

Dr. Doom. No doubt. Powerful magic user, plus he's almost as strong as the thing already, and he probably has sonic gadgets made that he can summon to him at will. i don't think that's true venom would be to fast for his bulits and venom is stronger then him to Dr. Doom wouldn't use bullets, or his strength he would use sonic disruptors on Veno, which Venom is weak against.
