A "full powered" Juggernaut (Classic/Current) is immune to conventional, physical damage.
A FP Juggernaut has defeated or stalemated Hulk, while Hulk has either BFR'd (battle field removed) Juggernaut, defeated a vastly de-powered Cain or was aided by outside sources (i.e. Celestial Tech provided by Apocalypse, which was non-cannon). Barring BFR, Juggernaut will K.O. Hulk.
One editor's response to a fan letter in the early 90's indicated that the staff in the Marvel offices at that time felt that Juggernaut was stronger.
Hulk simply does not have the tools to beat The Juggernaut.
It would likely be a close and intense battle, but depending on the circumstances, Thor's ability to harness powerful magic and wield Mjolnir might give him the edge over the Hulk's immense strength and durability. Ultimately, the outcome would depend on the specific scenario and factors at play.
Thor is a "god", while Hulk is a near-immortal(the Maestro possibility gives at least some indication as to the possibilities of the Hulk's strength, longevity & durability). hulk wins in the comics

World War Hulk #5, Sentry forcibly reverts Hulk to his Bruce Banner form.
(disproving the no-limits fallacies constantly claimed by Hulk fans)
Nope!
everytime hulk gets hurt, he gets stronger
The only two that matter are Hulk And The Juggernaut. And Hulk simply doesn't have the power set to beat The Juggernaut.
Hulk has fought the Juggernaut, and after plenty of property damage, Hulk always won, but just barely.
Cookie Monster takes them all.
hulk
the 3
Hulk would win. He will smash Thor and punch Iron Man into a cave and Iron Man would fall. Hulk wins.
That would be a good fight but in the movie "Hulk vs Thor" Thor shot a bolt of lighting at Hulk and the Hulk didn't even get hurt. So since all Raiden can do is shoot lighting then the Hulk would win.
Hulk would probably win since there is no limit to his power and he destryoed all of Azgard (Thor's kingdom) so I would say A Hulk.
hulk would win this fight. while Thor is powerful hulk can continue to get more and more power as he becomes angrier and more entangled in battle. Thor would have to destroy hulk before he became to powerful which he would not know to do. Im not even sure is capable of doing before hulk goes wild on him if period. also hulk schooled thor and his entire army, no...nation! IN HULK VS THOR THE MOVIE.
hulk, because he can beat them all up. and decides, if you keep attacking him he will get stronger.
Hulk and Superman. Superman would have The Hulk with him. Superman can't beat those two. Hulk can. Hulk would rip Grundy's heart out and Thor would be beaten by Superman. Only one of the two. Superman would fly Hulk with him and celebrate.
hulk would destroy all of them. so hulk would win.
Hulk would win.
hulk will win.
Sadly Thor only because of his stupid hammer and his awesome god like power, but since Hulk could beat Thor and since Luke Cage could beat the Hulk couldn't he beat Thor
