The hulk is big, he is strong but unless he can find something to lob Ironman would beat him hands down. Iron Man is very intelligent he could outsmart him, like lure him into an ambush. The hulk charges at him like an angry bull but Iron man can just fly and deploy flares stunning the hulk then bang! Iron man fires charged bolts of energy from his hands burning the hulks green flesh. To finish him off Iron man could either fight smart... or fire a missile out of his arm like in the film!
