Who would win Jupiter or Earth?
Basically, they won't. But for the sake of the question, Earth would be slowly ripped apart as the gravitational attraction of Jupiter pulled matter off of the Earth. As the Earth was engulfed in Jupiter's atmosphere, the surface of Earth would be slowly crushed and finally merged with Jupiter. Jupiter would have gained a little in size and mass.
