No. Megaman games for Nintendo consoles are licensed by Nintendo. Capcom created megaman.
The original answer is below me. Nintendo asked Capcom for permission to have Megaman in Brawl. There are rumors that they asked for Zero as well, if not as a character then as an assist trophy. Nintendo had already gotten a lot of progress on making Megaman's character for Brawl, but were suprised when Capcom refused to allow them to use Megaman or Zero in the game. SSBB is solely a Nintendo game. With the exception of Snake and Sonic, there are no other third-party characters (including Capcom characters)
Mario
no, the Zero series only for GBA until CAPCOM released the collection for Nintendo DS
For the original DS, no. However, Capcom has stated they are interested in making more for the 3DS.
This battle can actually be tested in super smash bros melee or brawl. Ganondorf would definetely win.
Yes, Marvel vs. Capcom will be revived as a video game franchise from Capcom. Because of that, SNK vs. DC Universe will be a new video game franchise from SNK Playmore, as NetherRealm Studios would cease operations and would sell Mortal Kombat to Tradewest and DC Universe to SNK Playmore.
The population of Capcom is 1,930.
No Capcom characters have been confirmed, it's only been said that it's possible. Now, if there were to be a Capcom character, while Mega Man would look likely, he no longer has any chance of appearing, since his creator left Capcom, and Capcom has completely stopped doing anything related to him, evidenced by his cancelled game. As a result, it is highly unlikely any Capcom characters will appear.
