Spiderman is more of a long distance type and has no other power exept his web which Kimimaro could easily cut with his harder then steel bones, but kimimaro would have to get spiderman close enough for his dances to work, which would be no problum after cutting webs. In the end Kiimimaro would win and spiderman would get it right through the chest.
