Any big cat would think twice about taking on such a large animal by itself. Since Siberian tigers are solitary hunters, they much prefer to hunt deer than to take on an African elephant. Thus, if such a fight would occur, there's no question that the elephant would win because of sheer size and power.

Since a siberian tiger is good enough when its got its good body weight, then it could definitely win such a fight.
