Hulk and Thor have fought many times and Hulk usually wins because of his regeneration power and because the more made he gets the stronger he gets.

Doomsday has a similar power as the hulk but instead of regeneration he can adapt to who he is fighting to win the fight.

Since Hulk usually beats Thor I will give this title to Doomsday.
