I got to say Bane on this one. The tough part of this fight is the polar opposites of the intelligence of each one. Bane is intelligent while the Hulk isn't. Because of that fact, I think Hulk could go on an rampage if he gets angered and be almost unstoppable, but the capability of understanding the situation and creating strategy of Bane could me the deciding factor.
