wow,can't believe this was a question. The answer is Sub-Zero. He is a cryomancer, so he has ice MAGIC. Mr. Freeze is a dude in a suit, and his Ice would not harm Sub-zero at all (again, CryoMANCER). Plus, Sub-zero can disable Mr. Freeze and run him through with a magic ice Kori Blade before Mr. Freeze can get out one of those annoying frost puns. Sub-Zero is also a Lin-Kuei NINJA, remember.
