You encounter Ganondorf. He possess Princess Zelda and you fight her. Ganondorf then uses the power of the triforce of power to transform into the beast Ganon in which you fight as Wolf Link. Midna arrives to fight Ganon but he kills her. Then your inside Hyrule field where you chase Ganondorf around while Zelda shoots arrows at him. You then have a nice one on one with Ganondorf and you stab Ganondorf in the stomach. He dies (or gets sealed away) and turns out Midna is alive and no longer an Imp. Everyone is happy she then destroys the Twilight Mirror and you can never see her again. It's fine though because the game doesn't save once you beat it so it's like you never did anything at all.

after Jill and chris fought wesker at the Spencer estate Jill sacrificied herself to save chris. Jill and wesker were thought to be dead however they survived. wesker had implanted some sort of crest into jills chest which controlled her mind meaning wesker could make her do as he wished. i havn't found any information as to why she was wearing the costume and mask to hide identity. in the battle chris+sheva vs wesker+Jill when wesker left the room and left Jill to fight chris and sheva. i think that wesker used Jill knowing chris wouldn't kill her other than that i don't see any reason to enslave Jill
