Donkey Kong has agility and brute strength, Bowser has a spiked shell and can breath fire. So using common sense Bowser should win, but due to Nintendo's standard of "good guys finish first" Donkey Kong would probably win.

∙ 13y agoDonkey Kong hands down. Look at it this way. DK can take down a big ass crocodile by jumping on its head. Bowser has fire he's three times the size of Mario and has axes BUT still can't take down Mario. You do the math.
