Boba Fett is a better fighter and even though Jango Fett has two guns and Boba Fett only has one big one, Boba Fett would win.

Seeing as this is a hypothetical question, Boba Fett would be most likely to win. He has less experience than his father, but is a better combatant, and has heavier duty weapons. This would also depend on the scenario and weapons armor ect. But if it were Boba vs. Jango, both with the same weapons, same armor and same experience levels, Jango would win. No real answer to the question, sorry! :)

The created an undying hatred for the Jedi within Boba. Then Boba lived by himself, while on a quest to become the greatest bounty hunter ever. during episode VI It is said that Boba was eaten by the stomach of Sarlacc, but survives due to his cunning, and a little help from his jetpack exploding. He later becomes the leader of the mandalorians their "Mandalore" as he is called. he had a wife, Shinta Vel, and a child Aylin Vel. Shinta was presumed dead.

jango fett would boba fett has heavy duty weapons but that makes him slower jango is faster, smarter, and more skilled in hand-to-hand combat. boba has never been seen fighting hand-to-hand combat. jango has fought obi-wan-kenobi and won he didn't kill obi-wan but jango still won in history jango fett defeated comari vosa, leader of the bando gora, his mandalorian enemy, montross, shot and killed zam with his dart from about half-a-mile away, and lets not forget that in episode II jango killed a jedi and only took four shots boba lost his gun 10 seconds after he got into a battle and didn't kill anyone during those ten seconds, jango killed a jedi in five seconds. while boba is trying to kill luke he used his wrist blaster about 10 yards away and misses every time and blasters are larger than toxic darts. jango fett will always be better than boba fett.

Based upon the limited evidence from the films there could be only one winner; Jango Fett. The problem is that there is very little of Boba seen fighting.Jango Fett is seen battling one of the greatest Jedi in the Star Wars series (Obi Wan Kenobi) and winning as well as dispatching other Jedi. Jango is seen to be a formidable warrior, a master tactician and a fearsome foe. He is so good that the clone warriors are based on his genetic template.Boba Fett is genetically identical to Jango and was trained by him until Jango's death. It is entirely possible that Boba's experience meant that by the time of his apparent death (in terms of the film canon; he escaped in the extended universe canon) in Return of the Jedi that his experience outweighed that of his father and that combined with advances in technology would give Boba the edge. The problem is that we just don't see enough of him in action. We see a couple of bits of sneaking around, a lot of menace and then he gets taken out by a blind man.Boba Fett has a long history and future within the extended universe and most of what was hinted at in his menacing appearances has been shown. I'm going to sum up quickly each's strengths and weaknesses. Boba Fett - Lived Longer, so gained more experience - A deadly shot - Hunted Jedi, and gained much skill with a lightsaber (Enough to challange Darth Vader and survive) - Beskar armor (impervious to most attacks) later in life Weaknesses - Depends on weapons in close combat (If they think it will be an easy fight) - Sustained more injuries than his father/base gene donor Jango Fett - Lots of experience in a short period of time (fast learner) - Takes no chances in their fights - Lighter armor - Died Boba Fett would win, he wouldn't take chances with his father, also, he is more heavily armed.
