Well I think that Krados would win cause if you think about it most of his bosses are triple his size. Plus Kratos uses his surrounding. So now picturre this the town is in flames, building are torn and then Kratos uses a deversion causing godzilla to be pierced through a building. By the way the deversion was his eyes being attacked.
