Who would win out of a battle with Super Perfect Cell vs Legendary Super Saiyan Broly?

Some Actual Broly fans thinking that even Broly is stronger than Cell, it just part of gibberish and doesn't know any information about Broly.

Imperfect Cell - Broly is probably stronger than him in Restricted SSJ but in normal was too strong.

Semiperfect Cell - Probably below Broly's Restricted SSJ. But gotten much faster

Perfect Cell - Below Broly's LSSJ, above his SSJ.

Super Perfect Cell - Above Broly's LSSJ. Far more Powerful

Now, you might say something like "BROLY IZ KOOLZ HE ALWYZ GAINZ PWERZ LOLOLOL" or "BROLY COULD BEAT EVERYBODY"

Which is true. However, he has to release the energy some time. He does this in the first movie. And he only gains power in his LSSJ form, anyways.

Imperfect Cell - There is no way a base saiyan is stronger than him.

Semiperfect Cell - He was getting dominated by USSJ Vegeta, which Broly was able to take a hit from without even flinching.

Perfect Cell - His Full Power is unknown. We just know that he got massively stronger when he powered up (during the SSJ2 Kid Gohan fight.). Goku was also not a FPSSJ in the Broly movies, while he was in the Cell Games (Which means he was also stronger during the Cell Games). However, Broly also gains a massive power up from his LSSJ form. Also, Dabura was stated to be equal to Perfect Cell, then later on stronger than he thought. It's debatable whether or not Gohan was an SSJ2 in the Dabura fight, as he looked like an SSJ. So he could have been talking about the Cell that HE fought, which was massively suppressed.

Since Gohan was way weaker than he was in the Cell Games (where his FPSSJ was stronger than Goku's), he could have gotten near Goku's FPSSJ level. If he was SSJ2, which Broly owned (debatable whether or not he was SSJ2, as he had no lightning. It makes sense to have him SSJ2 though, as Broly turned LSSJ right after he got the looks of an SSJ2.) then Perfect Cell is weaker, as Gohan was near Dabura's level.

Super Perfect Cell - Here, Cell gains a MASSIVE power up. Like, seriously massive. He pretty much abused the near death power up from the Saiyan cells that he has. He goes from not even being able to "singe one of Gohan's leg hairs" to being able to render Gohan's arm useless with a simple energy blast. Even if you say that Gohan had his guard down, what would that do? If he was much stronger than Cell, he could have tanked that blast like nothing.

Super Perfect Cell is most likely past the level with Teen SSJ2 Gohan. Super Perfect Cell also says that he's powered up like Gohan. Cell was also very cocky during the beam struggle. He looked like he was playing around. Sure, Vegeta was able to distract Cell for a second. But if you were fighting some guy, and some dude from the sidelines threw a rock at you, you'd probably be distracted too. There is knowing that Broly is stronger than Teen SSJ2 Gohan. Like, dramatically stronger. However, Super Perfect Cell is also too much powerful & faster than SSJ2 Teen Gohan.

Obviously Cell was also smarter as well. Remember Broly has a weaknesses on his front body, it where he was stabbed with a sword by King Vegeta because it was Broly's execution.

Also Cells power exceeds does more than Gohan now during the Buu saga & Broly haven't train at all meaning that Cell wins.
