Sakura would win cuz sakura only has to punch the ground and then Katara would falls and if it wasnt the full moon Katara couldn't use Bloodbending. Also Katara never uses bloodbending except for 2 times when a witch made her and when she thought the guy killed her mother but in all the other fights she didnt use it. ppl say that Katara can use bloodbending everytime she wants?
