The simple answer is we can't know at all. Largely of what we know about Dinosaurs is speculative, because we have to make a lot of speculations about them. Spinosaurus in particular is only known from few fossils, with large rages is size estimates ranging from 41 to 59 ft in length and 7.7 to 23.0 tons in weight . Spinosaurus would of been bigger and therefore stronger as well as having some nasty claws, T-Rex had a much meaner bite backing it up.

Now T-Rex fans will flip out over the Jurassic park 3 fight, where they will argue the T-rex was a juvenile, but will leave out the Spinosaurus was also smaller the what is currently estimated to be as well.

Some will argue the Spinosarus only ate fish, and while is undoubtedly did eat fish it is also incredibly likely it ate other dinosaurs. It is also believed that Spinosarus would switch between fish and meat, competing with both large Crocodilian and other Theropods, like Carcharodontosaurus, who was also bigger than T-Rex.

So untimely we really can't known, and people will argue for both sides and both will site facts, be really we don't know.

Well I know your not asking this because of Jurassic Park 3, right? Ha ha OK, between these two titans who would win. The answer is Tyrannosaurus Rex. Why? Well regardless to the popular film spinosaurus was not capable of allot of those actions, like surviving fist a bite to the neck plus being slammed into the forest floor all at one. That first attack in the fight would have broke the spinosaurus' neck with no problem. Then near the end the spinosaurus does this bite and grab function then breaks the t-rex's neck. The chance of a tyrannosaurus Rex holding that still is well, just what it is Science Fiction. A tyrannosaurs may have been smaller than a spinosaurus but it was without a drought many times physically stronger. T-rex was built for brut force, and power. Spinosaurus was not. You see, t-rex's teeth are essentially like 6-9 inch giant railroad spikes with the most powerful set of jaws to ever exist in the animal kingdom; this is not an exaggeration t-rex had over ten tons of force in a bite. And it's head was five feet long and very large and robust. Spinosaurus' head and teeth were very different. Although spinosaurus' teeth were just as long( which is amazing in itself) they were no where near as powerful. They were not built for struggling prey. And a struggling t-rex would have broke many of the spinosaurus' teeth. And spino's skull is long, six feet but also very, very narrow. Even more narrow in real life than in Jurassic park. So its teeth and jaws were fierce but pail in comparison to the tyrant's. Why am I bringing up the jaws?, because that is the "business end" of a large carnivorous dinosaur. Still you do have to bring Spinosaurus' amazingly large claws into the mix. They could do some damage. But I think of it this way; lets say you are in a jungle with a knife in your hand, and you are face to face with a crocodile. now if you swing that knife at that crocodile you will cut it....if the crocodile doesn't bite your hand or even whole arm off first. This would also apply to the battle. Spinosaurus would have to hit the rex when the giant isn't looking which probably would not happen. Another factor to consider is if spinosaurus put itself in the position for it's sail to be bit would also kill it. It would be like biting the spinal cord itself because those spines are fused to the vertabrate. And if the Spionsaurus bites the tyrannosaurus it would merely temporarily hurt the tyrant, spino could not bite limbs off like the rex and if it tried to snap the neck of its opponent it would be out muscled away or its teeth would break causeing pain. So the bottom line is once tyrannosaurus gets its jaws on a vunerable area spinosaurus is a nine ton dinner, speaking of weight t-rex was about a ton to two tons lighter. This would have made the beast more agil than spinosaurus, and T-rex was more advanced. Also this fight would never have happened- t-rex and Spinosaurus lived in different parts of the world and a slightly different times. To recap, Tyrannosaurus rex would be victorious.

Spinosaurus was larger than Tyrannosaurus, but they mostly hunted fish. Tyrannosaurus had a much greater bite force and regularly hunted large and dangerous prey like Edmontosaurus and Triceratops. Tyrannosaurus may have even lived in packs, which would give them a huge advantage. In a one on one fight, I would guess that either could kill the other, although in most combat between two species one will surrender before either die.

As a final note, Spinosaurus and Tyrannosaurus lived on separate continents millions of years apart, and thus they never would have encountered each other in life.

the t.rex beacause it has a biteforce of 11 tons plus it can run 28 miles per hour.there is almost no size difference t.rex is 45 feet long,21feet high,10 tons.spno is 54 feet long,27 feet high including the spines, and 4 tons in weight.t.rex would also have the experience do to fighting for food, spino however eats fish all the time and doesn't get of his lazy butt and hunt, instead it scavenges.though the only advantage it had was the arms plus the claws.the arms were way longer than the t.rex's.plus the claw had the same function as the t.rex's bite it cood dig through the toughest armer and deep.though the t.rex had another advantage it was way smarter.the spino probably couldn't get fast enough to slash the t.rex to slash it's claws plus the t.rex is smart so it would get out of sight and bite.oh!and here's another interesting fact about the t.rex it had extremely good hearing, eye sight, smelling and it also had padding on it's foot to feel vibrations in the ground to find very small prey if it got very desprett and there was know prey in the area.don't trust Jurassic park it's wrong plus that t.rex should win because of the bite in the beginning.that t.rex was also a sub-adult and the spino was a adult
