Possibly the sloth bear. The sloth bear has more muscles and the same weight as a bengal tiger, while the bengal tiger is a stronger hunter than a sloth bear. With a couple of swipes from the sloth bear's claws, it could kill a bengal tiger. Sloth bears usually kill tigers for territory and safety kill sun bears.
Likely the python.
In most cases, the tiger would use its greater size, strength, and agility to kill the bear. However, sloth bears have been known to overwhelm young and/or inexperienced tigers.

Depends on the species of either animal. It's likely, in most cases, that the tiger would win over the bear.

If both were large males, it would be an epic battle. Chances are, for example, the bear and tiger are both wild, the smaller tiger would avoid the larger bear. The bear would be twice the tiger's weight, at 1000 pounds or more to the tiger's 500 or so. If however, the tiger could not slink away, and had to fight, the tiger could use its superior speed and quickness against the bear's superior strength. Either animal could win.

A tiger. Tigers are quite larger and have razor sharp claws and teeth. One bite from a tiger and it is all over for the bear.
