goku when he is supersaiyan 12-false it all depends on what kind of superman, id say the strongest is pre crisis. in a fight, all of goku's strong attacks requires at least a 10 second charge. there fore that gives superman who travels 5x the speed of light plenty of time to kill goku. pre crisis is also immune to all of his weaknesses such as red stars and kryptonite. which makes it literally impossible to effect him in any way. in addition supes's highly evolved brain, has given him shape shifting, telekinesis and mind control. and finally if you're a big comic book fan you'll notice pre crisis rarely fought other villain's, because the creator thought he was too strong, which is one reason why pre crisis was canceled in the mid 80's. and when you look at goku his most powerful form is still beating alot of people up. but goku and pre crisis are outmatched. pre crisis has the advantage. but if you look at the recent animated series of superman, goku would win.
