Henry VIII was said to have wrote the song greensleeves for anne boleyn ( his second wife ) whilst he was still courting her for the seven year period. This is quite likely as Henry enjoyed playing and writing music and was fond of his musical instruments. Henry VIII died quite a long time before Shakespeare was born, so he couldn't have asked Shakespeare anything. In fact, at the time Shakespeare wrote Henry VIII everyone in the play, including Elizabeth I, was dead.
