Sadly, yes.
1st Noughts and Crosses 2nd Knife Edge 3rd Checkmate 4th Double cross
The book that comes after "Noughts and Crosses" by Malorie Blackman is "Knife Edge." This sequel continues the story of Sephy and Callum, exploring themes of love, prejudice, and societal division in a dystopian setting. The narrative delves deeper into the complexities of their relationship amidst ongoing conflict.
In my opinion, it has to be Jude since he believed that violence is the best way to make a difference. He joined the Liberation Militia and decided it would be the best way for people to understand.
The main themes are Love, Hate and Hope, It is ablout a 13 year old girl Sephy who is black(a cross) and a 15 year old boy called Callum who is white (a nought). They want to get together but they cant because of their parents and they dont know if if will ruin their frendship if anything goes wrong. Callum dies at the end of the series but in the end of the book it is left as a cliffhanger so we dont know but this shold help you.
Yes, Callum genuinely loves Sephy in "Noughts and Crosses." Their relationship faces numerous challenges due to the societal divide between their races, but Callum's feelings for Sephy are deep and sincere throughout the novel.
She has written loads! But I would say Noughts and Crosses. Loads of people I know have read it! I have read it twice too!
