Sir James Matthew Barrie (J.M.Barrie) was the creator of Peter Pan. Peter Pan first appeared in a section of The Little White Bird, a 1902 novel written by Barrie for adults. J.M. Barrie then wrote Peter Pan, or the Boy Who Wouldn't Grow Up as a stage play in 1904 and as the novel, Peter and Wendy, in 1911.
Later, the famous story was turned into numerous successful movies, animated movies and even a Broadway Show.
