The reference to captivity suggests that this is a post-exilic Psalm although it has been suggested that it is referring to the deliverance from Sennacherib during the time of Hezekiah. In any case it is anonymous and almost certainly not written by David or Solomon.

David is connected to 73 of the psalms. Other writers include but are not limited to: Asaph, the Sons of Korah, Solomon, and Moses. I'm not sure who wrote the 126 psalm, but that would be interesting to study and find out. :-)
