Well, let me tell you about how the Christmas card works ... First, Sometime around the first of December you buy or make a card with Christmas drawings, pictures, or photos. Second, you write a personal note, greeting or wish on this card, such as: Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year. God bless your Family. Third, you write the name or names of those you are sending the card to, such as: To the Smith family. Fourth, you add your name or names, such as: From the Jones family. Fifth, you add place the card in an envelope and add the addresses and stamp. Sixth, you place the envelop in the postal/mail box. Seventh, the postal system send this card to the address on the envelope. Eighth, someone from the Smith family gets the envelope from their postal/mail box. Ninth, the Smith family opens the envelope, removes the card and reads personal note, greeting or wish. Tenth, the Smith family smiles and feels warm thoughts and sends up a prayer or two for the Jones family, and thinks ... "Oh man, we have only seven days to send out a card to the Jones this year and then we need to add them to our Christmas card mailing list for next year!"
There are a number of interesting poses for Christmas card photos. One could use a snowman or blow flakes or snow or glitter towards a camera. One can dress a family pet in Christmas decorations.
Any of the birds associated with the season and also the story/song - "on the first day of Christmas". That includes robins, a small light-brown bird with a distinctive red chest, partridge, geese, turkeys, turtle-doves, ducks etc etc etc. For some reason, stylised California and bobwhite quail are common on cards (in the UK at least), probably because they are mistaken for partridge.
A Christmas note is used to convey feelings and Christmas season's greetings to friends, family and loved ones. It is usually sent in the form of a card or alongside with presents.
I love having dinner with my family, or playing card games, such as Uno. Or on Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day, just being together, talking, laughing. That's what I love to do. =]
The duration of The Christmas Card is 1.4 hours.
