The first known Christian literature is the epistles written by the Apostle Paul, and perhaps the Epistle to the Hebrews, written by an anonymous author.
Some scholars say the Book of Revelation is based on a pre-Christian text.

Did The church fathers write what is commonly referred to as the first Christian literature?

I think that depends on a couple of definitions. But I would say no. Christian literature is literature about Christianity. That being the case the various books of the New Testament would come first. They would date from sometime around the middle of the 1st century to the end of the 1st century. The church fathers would be the second tier of writers. These were not inspired as the Bible writers were but nevertheless wrote important books which help us understand the nature of the church in the 1st and 2nd centuries.
